2nd Edition -16th November

From the Principal

The term continues to fly by quickly, with teachers heard celebrating regularly on the growth many of their students have made. We have seen many students make growth in reading and maths results.

As well as lots of assessments and report writing we have been busy planning end of year activities including the year 12 graduation, presentations of awards at Terang and preparing for the demolition of our middle years building ready or the new build to commence in January 2024. Our middle years students will be operating out of the current Later years building and our middle years students will move into a hub at Cobden Technical School. We kindly thank the students and staff at CTS for making this facility available for us, without their support this building improvement would have been very difficult.

Next Saturday 25th November we are holding in conjunction with Terang College a Garage Sale at the old school site, many items will be for sale at a very reasonable price, a sausage sizzle will also be available on the day, lots of fun for everyone.

Please remember as the year comes to a close to maintain school uniforms and appropriate footwear, some students have been wearing steel capped boots which are not appropriate for school, please wear black sneakers/shoes.

Keep up the good work everyone we are nearly at the end of the school year, where everyone will have a much deserved break.

Take care

Kylie Carter
